Rotary Primary School Quiz (Area 7 Final)
The Rotary Area 7 finals took place on Saturday afternoon 27th April 2019. After 10 rounds of very competitive quizzing the winners were Dunning Primary School with a magnificent score 112 out of 120. Second was Strathdevon Primary School with a final score of 107, only one point ahead of Newton P.S.
The competition took place at Stirling University in the magnificent Logie Lecture Theatre, organised by the Rotary Club of Stirling with Derek Anderson and Don Macleod master of ceremonies plus other members of the Stirling club doing all the marking, scoring and administration work.We were very lucky to have presenting the winners with their Silver Salva Trophy Professor Adrian Hadland of Stirling University. The top two winning teams now go forward to the District 1010 final in Aberdeen.
