Tonight’s meeting of the Rotary Club of Motherwell and Wishaw was a Quiz and Skills Evening organised by James Gibbons.

The quiz was based on films and the skill was putting, success in which resulted in bonus points. Participants in the winning team were Ian Carrol, John Chapman,  Callan Dick, Des Donnelly, John McDonald and Ian St John.

The winner of the weekly bonus ball was a John Chapman.

Willie Talbot, the Foundation Convenor, advised that the subscriptions for the new session’s Numbers Club Draw were now payable with one number costing £20 and, a bargain, three numbers for £30.
