Susan expressed her pleasure at having been invited to present the cheque on behalf of the Rotary Club to the Workhouse Gym in the Cambrian Community Centre, Queen's Road, Richmond. Gill told us some of the exercise equipment was badly worn and the money would be used to replace it.

George Goddard started the fund raising initiative by organising an "Exercise Decathlon" on 21st. February at the Workhouse Gym. Those taking part were sponsored and were required to use the equipment to carry out ten different exercises. The Gym has a very informal and comfortable atmosphere for users of all ages and abilities.Contact the centre on 020 8948 3351 for further details.
