Ayrshire Eye Foundation

Our speqker this week is Sathish Srinivasan, eye surgeon at Ayr Hospital. He has  recently set up his own charity - Ayrshire Eye Foundation, which is officially registered with the Scottish Charity Regulator. His charity has partnered with SIGHTLIFE and NGO from Seatlle, USA trying to eliminate corneal blindness globally by 2040.He has been volunteering his time for the last 5 yrs, travelling to South East Asia representing Sightlife to train local eye surgeons in corneal transplant surgical techniques and helping local NGO's set up eye banks.
