Visit from our Dutch Friends from Rotary Club of VL80

Fri, Jun 7th 2019 at 12:00 pm- Sun, Jun 9th 2019 - 12:00 pm

Between them Our John Waterhouse and Ron Hoekstra from VL80 organised for some current and past members of VL80 to visit us for the weekend.

On Friday afternoon our guests were taken to various parts of the locality depending on their preferences. Then in the evening there was a dinner at the Craiglands hotel in Ilkley where they were staying.

Saturday saw a trip up to the dales with lunch at the Craven Arms. In the evening the party was hosted by Alan and Marjorie Morrell in their home.

Then all too soon on the Sunday it was time for the return trip to the Netherlands on the lunchtime flight to Schipol airport from Leeds Bradford.
