The Club held one minutes silence to mark Peter Horton's passing.

Chris T [pictured with Simon] recalled his father's talk to two Rotary Clubs in 1962 and 1970 when the relationship between music and food was explored. He emphasised that composing and cooking have much in common and that music is often thought of as nourishment for the mind and spirit.

Discussion about a District Training and Development Chairman appointment to be included at the next Council meeting.

Vision Support Group members are to use taxis after their Christmas Lunch. 

Bill S reported that approximately £300 was raised for his recent sponsored walk.

Treasurer Peter would welcome payment for the Club Christmas Dinner as soon as possible.

There will be a joint meeting with Rowels in September as an evening meeting.
