West Midlands Special School Sports Championships

Founded in 1992.

In 1992, the West Midlands Special School Sports Championship was founded by members of Coventry Jubilee and is still going strong over 30 years later.

Children come from Special Schools across the West Midlands to the Xcel Centre in Coventry for a day of games competing against each other in a variety of games.

They have the chance to play as an individual and in a team with their schools.

Each child goes home with a medal for taking part and there is two school competitions, the Pam Pearson for Bowling and an overall winner of the Board, Botcha Ball and Curling Games.
