Muntsy’s is a day service for adults with learning disabilities or additional support needs who wish to develop their independence.
Set up in 2007, Muntsy’s was the first independent day service in the area and has steadily grown running community groups designed to meet the needs and aspirations of its members. Groups are delivered in Dorchester, Portland and Weymouth.
Activities are run and supported by a team of committed and dedicated professionals who bring a wealth of experience, qualities, skills and talent from the arts, business, care, industry and education sectors. The core team come from an educational setting and have many years of experience in teaching and learning in the Special Educational Needs field.
