SHELTER BOX & AQUA BOX Learn more about their involvement over the past 12 months and about future developments requiring Rotary support. A Global Scholar will share his experience of such response.
GLOBAL ROTARY Jim Onions, a member of Rotary GB&I Humanitarian Team, will share his vision of the wider impact of International involvement from Club projects, to twinning, friendship exchanges & youth exchange. Rotarian Action Groups & International Fellowships and the wider opportunity for Peace and inter-country cooperation.
GLOBAL & DISTSRICT GRANTS Ron Daniels, District Foundation Team Leader will give guidance as to how Clubs can raise funds for restoration projects, including rebuilding of schools and communities. Rotary boxes ‘Trade Aid’ & ‘Literacy in a Box’.
Rotary GB&I DONATIONS TRUST A former Trustee will outline how funds are collected and allocated towards projects aimed at restoration and post disaster development.
KIDS FOR KIDS Patricia Parker will provide an update

The Purley Swimathon has been running for 32 years bringing a very diverse community together. Attracting over 50 teams & 400+ swimmers each year, it generates circa £25,000 which is distributed to various local & international charities by Purley Rotary.

The Purley Swimathon has been running for 31 years and is a fun event that brings a very diverse community together. It attracts over 50 teams, 400+ swimmers and generates over £20,000 each year which is distributed to various local charities.

The Purley Swimathon 2018 attracted 52 Teams / 400+ swimmers & raised £25,000+. It is great fun and a shining example of a well run event that brings a diverse community together.
