Wheelchair presentation to Stroke Unit at Ashford & St Peters Hospital

The Presentation to the Stroke Unit Team

Those attending the Presentation

Following a request in November 2018 from Ashford & St Peters Stroke unit for funding for a specialised wheelchair the Club authorised the purchase

Due to internal delays, the presentation of the cheque did not take place until 26th November 2019 when Ian Hunter, President in 2018, handed over the cheque accompanied by Club Treasurer David Thompson. The staff demonstrated the versatility of the new chair which will help in their work of benefiting patients.
