Introducing the speaker, Hugh McClure said that Norman must be the furthest travelled of our members. Norman Pettigrew, a member of our club was going to speak about a trip to Ecuador. 

Norman explained that this talk was part one. His trip also included a visit to The Galapagos Islands. That would be the subject of a separate talk.
