Weekend walk

Sat, Jan 17th 2009 at 12:00 am - 2:00 am

Starting from the Kings Head, Wadenhoe, out to Lyveden New Bield and back to the pub for lunch.

Simon Watson was the bearer of the Leader' Stick. We started from the Kings Head, Wadenhoe. Although the going was a bit 'claggy', provided you were properly shod, it presented no problems. it was all on the flat with no stiles.

We made our way to Lyveden New Bield, a National Trust property and then back to the pub for an excellent lunch.
