ROTARY DAY

23rd FEBRUARY 2012

Rotarians around the world will be celebrating this special day, some with END POLIO NOW events and others event for The Rotary Foundation.

The Barron Knights are providing the entertainment at the Conference formal Dinner

 Touring with the Beatles and the Rolling Stones in 1963/64 was a massive boost to the Barron Knights career. 30 world tours, over 300 shows at the London Palladium, 5 Royal shows with one at Buckingham Palace, Shows at the Albert hall, 2 in the Falklands for the troops, 11 million records sold and still performing to full houses.  The Barron knights are well known for their harmony and their 3 part harmony version of the Paul McCartney song �Blackbird� is always requested.  They are also well known for telling some of their "many true stories that need to be heard" that will certainly make the audience laugh. The group are providing the entertainment at the 2012 District Conference Formal Dinner and there are still some places available.
