  GOLF CHARITY DAY – 21st June 2007 at Harleyford Golf Club, Marlow

Please support us and help us to again raise money for good causes, which during our last Rotary year was in excess of £25,600.

 We are inviting Teams made up of 4 players, for a Stableford Competition on ¾ handicaps, with the best two scores out of four to count, with max handicaps for men to be 18 and 24 for ladies. The Team with the highest number of points wins, and many runner-up prizes will be up for grabs so as to make the chance of going home with a prize that much easier. To assist in this process and for a bit of fun we are planning to sell Mulligan Tickets at £1.50 each or a book of 4 for £5, with a max. of 1 book per player for use off the tee only.

 Included in the team price for all players will be, Green Fees, Dinner, plus lunch of bacon sandwich and coffee, with first guests arriving at 11:30 followed by them teeing off from the first tee at 12:32pm.

 With a pre-dinner gathering for the Teams at 7.30 pm for 8:00 pm followed by Dinner, an Auction and Presentation of Prizes followed by our guest celebrity speaker to be announced soon.

 We ask you to book the Golf Day as soon as possible and why not use the day of golf and evening as a 'thank you' to your business colleagues? Additional non-playing guests are welcome for dinner a £22.50 each.

 You will see from the enclosed booking form that you can place an advertisement in the Gala Programme or sponsor one of the holes, nearest the pin or longest drive competition.  It would also be appreciated if you could provide a prize for the raffle or an item for the auction.  We intend to have a section in the programme acknowledging those who wish to be patrons of the event. 

 Do please complete the booking form now as we are limited to the number of Teams we can accommodate attending the event, and please advise your guests that Harleyford operate a strict dress code.
