Your Invitation to Attend

I would like to extend a personal invitation to all club members, particularly new members, to attend our District Assembly on 28th April at Holmesdale School .  

The District Assembly is not just for the incoming officers of your club but for all members who would like to come along to see what the new Rotary year will bring. As well as the usual workshops, there will be workshops on the Database Management System (DMS) and Rotary Club Central.

When & Where

The District Assembly will be held on 28th April 2018
at Holmesdale School, Malling Rd, Snodland ME6 5HS

Please note that entry will NOT be through the main School Entrance but directly into the Sports Hall Area from the main car park.

Outline Programme

Please arrive 08.45-09.10 for a prompt start at 9:15. We will be finished by 12:45 latest.

The outline programme will be as follows:

  • Arrival, Registration and refreshment (Gym ) plus time to check workshops you have signed up for. The Matthews Stand will be open for collection of pre-ordered items and for shopping (Sports Hall). Visit the Conference Stand for registration and programme questions  (Sports Hall )

There will be two workshop sessions during the morning so you will need to book two sessions when registering. Anyone can attend any workshop even though some may be primarily aimed at a specific club office.

Registering to Attend

Booking for the District Assembly is done via the Eventbrite website.

You need to book two workshops; one workshop from Session 1 and another workshop from Session 2. This will give you the opportunity of learning about two different Rotary areas of interest to you.

Please book your places as soon as possible so that we can allocate rooms according to attendance requirements for the various Workshops.
