The winning school this year was Swinefleet Primary School whose headmistress is seen receiving the trophy and a cheque for £100 from Past President Graham Hawksworth and Rotarian Ken Dagwell the project organiser. The school's winning entry was submitted by Magdalena Bosnjak; she received a certificate and twenty five pounds in book tokens whilst an entry from David McKane was commended by the judges and he received a certificate and fifteen pounds in book tokens.
