Ø    Following a question raised at District Council, Clubs need to remember the protocol for circularising other clubs in the District, or further afield, seeking support for their particular projects.  Worthy as these are any request for such wider circulation needs to be approved by the District Governor and sent through the District Secretary.  A copy of the RIBI policy has been placed on the District web site.

Ø     Details of changes to club officers received will be sent shortly and separately.
