Home | D/S News | Long Service Certificates
We do Long Service Certificates that start at 25 years service and go up in increments of 5 years. RI no longer provide Blue Presentation Folders for the certificates, but they are available from the RI shop. If you require a folder you will need to go to www.rotary.org and click on shop in the top right hand corner. Put 224 in the box and click search catalogue. Click on RI Certificate Holder then add to cart.
If you wish to buy a frame for the certificate the measurements are 8.5" x 11"
The information I require from you to process the certificates is as follows:
1. I need the name of the recipient
2. The joining date of Rotary
3. The Rotary Club they are a member of
4. The amount of years you would like the certificate for
5. The name and address of the Rotarian to post the certificate to
6. The date the certificate is to be awarded
Regards
Annette
