The Rotary motto Service Above Self conveys the humanitarian spirit of International Service work  around the world, to promote world understanding and peace. It includes everything from contributing to PolioPlus to helping Rotary Youth Exchange students adjust to their host countries. For more information about our main projects, please click on the sub sections on the left side of this page.

Rotary District 1290 is active in supporting Internatonal project through the various Box Charities and individual Club Projects, many part funded by the Rotary Foundation. For information about Rotary Intenational  international projects.
