Forms withdrawn from use:

Since the transition to the Global Database, it is no longer necessary for Club Secretaries to notify RIBI of changes to membership, therefore, the following forms have been withdrawn and should no longer be used by clubs (effective 1st July 2010).  Changes to membership details should be made by the club secretary direct on the database through Member Access in the usual way.  If you require assistance, please contact a member of the Operations Team on 01789 765411 or email info@ribi.org

2011/12 Club Officer Details

Please remind clubs to update the global database with details of their incoming club officers as soon as they are known. Meetings to elect the club officers should have been held by 31st December 2010.

RIBI Assembly, 25th-27th March 2011

Please ensure all of your incoming 2011/12 District Officers who are called to attend the RIBI Assembly have registered on-line and that district payments have been made as appropriate.

Regular updates will be provided to DGEs (and copied to District Secretaries) on the status of registrations for their district. Please ensure that, where necessary, substitutes are identified and register quickly.

Voting Delegates

In accordance with By-law 7, clause 2 (b) of the Standard RIBI Club By-laws, a special general meeting of the club is required to be held before 1st January for the purposes of electing one voting delegate (and substitute) to attend the ensuing annual conference of the Association, and one additional delegate (and substitute) for every 25 or major fraction thereof of its active members.

Clubs should send the completed voting delegates certificate to the Secretary/CEO of RIBI asap and no later than 1st March 2011. Details of instructions previously sent to Club Secretaries can be found on the RIBI website.

Secretary/CEO Annemarie Harte

Secretary/CEO Annemarie Harte travelled to San Diego mid-January to attend the RI Assembly. However, on arrival, she became unwell and was hospitalised for a short time.

We are pleased to report that Annemarie has now returned to the UK and is recuperating at home. In the short term, if you have any queries, please contact the Secretariat and your query will be referred to the appropriate department for a response.

Thanks to all Rotarians who have contacted the Secretariat and expressed their concerns, which are much appreciated and will be passed to Annemarie on her return.
