There are descriptions of how to use each of the four available as well as guidance on how to fill them in correctly. Please advise your clubs that they are available. Please also make sure that clubs and districts:

Replace the red bold text with the required information. Last year one club didn't remove the red text and the media were presented with a very odd release. We've all done it. Lets save everyone else from the same embarrassment.

Put in the correct address in the foot of the document otherwise the media will think we all live in Anystreet, Anytown with the email address of anyemail@anywhere.

Check that all photography is safe to use:

  • Copyright free.
     
  • Appropriate consent has been obtained in writing to take and distribute images of young children and vulnerable people.
     
  • The releases are a little later than planned but I imagine everyone has great ideas and will be ready to fill in the blanks.
