District Development and Training

This committee works with the District Governor, District Governor Elect and District Governor Nominee to create informative programmes for incoming District and Club Officers. The content of these programmes is influenced by the needs of members so that the programmes may be designed to provide whatever skills and knowledge are required to help officers in their respective roles.

The key objective of the Development and Training Committee is to assist Clubs and their members to achieve their aims and objectives in Rotary, to identify and nurture future Rotary leaders and facilitate the delivery of Rotary service.
