Incoming Team

The incoming Australian team were in our District from 11th February until 15th March, and as in previous years, were hosted by clubs across the District who organised vocational and cultural visits for the team members. Thank you to the host clubs: Bicester, Banbury Cherwell, Gerrard’s Cross, Marlow and Marlow Thames, Reading Matins.

It was a real pleasure and privilege to host this lively team. They impressed and made freinds wherever they went.

The team from our district left for Australia on 9th March and their GSE trip will run until mid April.

The Farewell Rally to bid farewell to the visiting GSE team returning to New South Wales and bon voyage to our District 1090 team for their departure to Australia was held on Tuesday 5 March at Maidenhead Holiday Inn.
