The Rotary GB&I Young Chef Competition was created to give young people the chance to show off their creative culinary talents, to promote healthy eating and to improve important life skills. This competition runs in association with Filippo Berio.
Objectives for our young entrants include: a) to develop cookery skills, b) develop food presentation skills, c) consider healthy eating options d) show their organisational and planning skills e) prove their ability to cope in a demanding situation.
