Rotaract

 

Rotaract is an organisation for fun loving, enthusiastic and active young men and women between 18-30 years old and can be either community or university based. Rotaract is sponsored by a local Rotary club, making it a key member of the Rotary family.

Rotaract membership provides members with the opportunity to meet new people, expand social life, try new activities, raise money for charity, make a difference in the local community, develop personal skills and gain new life experiences in the UK and abroad.

There are about 100 clubs in Great Britain and Ireland, and more than 7,600 in 158 countries around the world. Each club organises its own social activities, which could just be a trip down the pub, ten-pin bowling, or maybe a meal, a theatre trip, or even a holiday abroad.
