During his term in office Tim wants to encourage Clubs in his Zone to:

  • work together in raising awareness of Rotary
  • help Clubs recruit new members
  • really encourage partnership working within Rotary and with outside agencies
  • show that Rotary is a relevant, vibrant and modern organisation
  • encourage wider use of Social Networking
  • encourage fellowship, fun and Foundation

Zone meetings are to be hosted by Clubs, the emphasis to be on Customer Awareness and how the District Team can support the Clubs, with discussion to feed up to District, RIBI and even RI. Rotary is the Clubs and they need to be jointly helping to shape the future, Zone meetings will help in this process.

Each Zone meeting will encourage fellowship over a meal, sharing good practice with each other, supporting and encouraging innovation and enterprise through the need to ensure we deliver our theme - Peace through Service.
