A community in the Congo thanks Galashiels children for their help

Thank you to the children of Galashiels, Scotland” , says Pastor Ebongya for the Aquafilters donated by the children of St Peter’s Primary School and the Rotary Club of Galashiels.

Hundreds of people in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) are now drinking clean water from the first Aquafilters deployed in a region near the border with Rwanda. Another 500 Aquafilters are desperately needed – can you help by making a donation?

A family filter costs around £80 and a Community one around £250
