An enjoyable and uplifting evening was had by all, with congregational Carol Singing, together with performances of seasonal songs and Carols by the choir of Tenby Junior School, the Tenby Community Choir, St Mary's Church Handbell Ringers and the highly acclaimed trumpeter Corey Morris. The service was led by the Reverend Alex Grace, lessons were read by the Presidents of the various Clubs, and a poem was read by Cllr Trevor Hallett the Mayor of Tenby and Mrs Dilys Jenkinson, immediate Past President of the Tenby & District Soroptimists. Also in attendance were Rotarian Bobby Lewis of Porthcawl Rotary Club, (District Governor of District 1150, South Wales) and his wife Mary.

Many, many thanks to everyone who attended to help make the evening successful, the Clubs would also like to sincerely thank Canon Andrew Davies, the Rector of Tenby for his kind permission to use the wonderful setting of St Mary's Church for the service, the Reverend Alex Grace for leading the Service, Dr John Harrison, (Musical Director, St Mary's Church) for both arranging the music for the service, and playing a large active part throughout, along of course with all the participants, Tenby Junior School Choir and accompanist Mrs Miranda Davies and conductor Mrs Llewellyn, Tenby Community Choir, accompanied by Angela Oliver and led by Mrs J Llewellyn, Corey Morris (Trumpet)St Mary's Church Music Scholar, (who played a very moving solo of 'Walking in the Air') and of course the highly talented St Mary's Church Hand Bell ringers.

Judging by their display one would never have guessed that it was the Tenby Community Choir's first 'public' engagement as everyone warmly applauded their accomplished and polished performance, audiences can certainly look forward with relish to future performances. Also warmly applauded were the choir of Tenby Junior School, who sang a medley of songs, including a highly innovative and entertaining version of 'The Holly and the Ivy'. Corey Morris on the Trumpet contributed throughout the many Carols, adding greatly to the atmosphere, and it was a real pleasure to hear him play a solo of 'Walking in the Air', accompanied by Dr John Harrison gently on the piano
