Rotary Club of Kirkcudbright Handover BBQ

Outgoing Rotary President Anne Halliday hands over the chain of office to incoming Rotary President of Kirkcudbright Dr John Locke.

Tuesday evening at the Selkirk Arms Hotel Kirkcudbright saw the annual handover BBQ of the President of Kirkcudbright Rotary Club.

Following another very successful year in Rotary Anne handed over the chain of office to Dr John Locke  a Senior Partner with the 

Kirkcudbright and Gatehouse Practices.  John gave a most positive and invigorating  opening speech, and the whole club are now

looking forward to a year under his command.   we were joined by Ladies of the Inner Wheel, and a most pleasant evening was had by all.
