Foundation Documentation - With all the changes brought about by the new model grants, it has been necessary to produce a set of guidelines for the District to ensure we comply with the requirements of The Rotary Foundation (TRF). This document pulls together all the requirements of TRF and lays down the files that need to be kept. This is particularly important as the TRF has reserved the right to audit the accounts of any district or club into which TRF money has been paid. The opportunity has been taken to include all the necessary forms and timescales in the one document so that everything is available in one place.
