Appointment to the Cadre of Technical Advisors
Members of the Cadre of Technical Advisors review, monitor, and evaluate projects and ensure Foundation grant funds are being used properly. Their assignments include: reviews of the technical feasibility of a project; site visits to evaluate the technical feasibility of a proposed project; audits to evaluate the financial management and oversight of grant funds; and operational audits to assess the controls grant sponsors have to ensure qualification.
