Blind Bowling

At Walthew House
Walthew House supports the partially sighted and blind from the Stockport area and our bowling team had to compete against 15 other local teams using blindfolds to simulate the Blind Bowling experience, and specially modified glasses to recreate impaired vision.
Our team, The Bowling Stones, consisted of Satish, Carol, Clyde, Tony and John Leach as reserve.
We managed to come 13th out of 16 teams but along with the other teams, we managed to raise
