REQUIEM - A unique art installation for Oswestry LitFest 2015

Inspired by the World War I trenches of the Somme, young Midlands artist Grace Westwood has recreated, in meticulous detail, a snapshot of a scene during any day in that terrible war.

Made entirely from brown paper, to life size, this installation brings home powerfully the appalling conditions in which the soldiers lived and died.
