Rotary members will be in East Grinstead Town Centre on Saturday 19th December

There will be a Rotary Presence in East Grinstead Town Centre on Saturday 19th December 2020.

Rotary members will be making an all day collection in the town centre in aid of Local and other Rotary charities.

Last year the funds we raised helped us to deliver 350 gifts to needy, elderly and lonely people around the townand it's environs reaching as far as Lingfield, Forest Row, Hartfield and Crawley Down.

It is amazing how much these gifts are appreciated. This is demonstrated by the large number of thank you cards and letters we get from the recipients. 

Regrettably, due to the Coronavirus pandemic restrictions, we are unable to personally hand deliver gifts to people this year, so alternative arrangements have had to be made.

Instead of the usual gifts we will be posting a Sainsbury food voucher to those we usually deliver gifts to. Bulk vouchers will be given to the organisations we support and they will distribute the vouchers to their clients.

Therefore, nobody we are aware of will go without a gift from Meridian Rotary this Christmas.
