Rotary Young Photographer Competition

A test of photographic skills

Information and How to Enter

This National Young Photographer Competition is a well-established and successful competition promoted by Rotary International in Britain and Ireland (Rotary GB&I).

  • This competition aims to encourage young people to:
  • Experiment with photography
  • Use digital or traditional methods of photography
  • Show interpretation of their chosen topic
  • Express their ideas through the medium of photography

Each entrant should produce a portfolio of three photographs based upon the theme, ‘Beauty of Nature’ in colour or black and white on photographic paper. Prints to be submitted separately. Each print, including any mount should be no larger than A4 size, each entrant should provide a brief sentence of what each photograph represents in relation to the theme.  Mobile Phones may be used.

I would appeal to all 1260 Rotarians to spread the word about the Young Photographer competition as widely as possible and to encourage young people to participate in it.
