We present this musical production at the Harraton Community Centre, Washington. Show times 2.00pm and 6.30pm

Washington Forge Rotary has joined with members and former members of The Rainbow Youth Theatre and Fatfield Musical Stage Society to present 'Down The Tubes'. This is a story of families in London during World War 2 who faced the horrors of 'The Blitz' and who experienced the shortages of food and clothing that war can bring. It shows how people bonded together to keep up morale and the determination of all those who kept 'The home fires burning'.

The production contains many songs that you will recognise, including some originally from the time of WW1, which is appropriate during this year of commemoration of the centenary of the end of 'The Great War'.

Shows will be held at The Harraton Community Centre, Washington on Sunday 18th November 2018, at 2.00pm and 6.30pm.

Tickets are £7.00 and are available from Freda Brennan on 0191 4163454
