This year's Youth Speaks Competition starts off with a first Club round at Moreton Hall School. 5.30 for a 6.00pm start.

The local competition for Youth Speaks took place on Thursday 6th December in the Musgrave Centre at Moreton Hall School.

The winners of the Intermediate section were Grace Naylor, Eloise Bowyer and Charlotte Pryce from Moreton Hall. The winners of the Senior section were Christopher Walker, Jennifer Cyffin-Jones and Twila Morris from the Marches.

A silver presentation salver had been purchased and inscribed with the Club and competition names which was presented to the team from the Marches.

John thanked all the students and schools for taking part, the judges who had an unenviable job, Denzil for being time keeper, Moreton Hall school for hosting the event and finally all those Rotarians who came and supported the occasion.

We wish the winners well in the next round in March.
