A final reminder to all clubs about the seminars that are taking place next week

These events are very informative, not too heavy and are a good solid
introduction to Rotary in general.  They will appeal to new Rotarians
(up to 2 years in the organisation), partners of Rotarians who want to
know more about the organisation and potential members.

We have two events:

Tuesday 4th November at Didcot Civic Hall

Thursday 6th November at Clewer Scout HQ, Maidenhead Rd, Windsor

Both events are 7.00 for 7:15 start and WILL finish by 9:15 at the
latest.  Tea/coffee will be provided.

A number of clubs have contacted us to book spaces.  Although you can
turn up on the night, it would be helpful to know how many are attending
in advance, so please let Marius Hopley, District Trainer, know.  Please
also contact him if you require any further information.

DIRECTIONS

Didcot Civic Hall, Britwell Rd, Didcot, OX11 7JN
The main road that runs through the centre of Didcot is called Broadway.
Britwell Road is off Broadway and is not far from the Fire Station.
There is a large car park.


Windsor - Clewer Scout HQ, Maidenhead Rd, Windsor, SL4 5EQ.
Scout HQ is off A308 near Windsor Tennis Club - quite near Windsor Race
Course/Windsor Boys School. Next to Fly over ( relief Road from M4 ).
Take first slip road off dual carriageway from Junc 6 M4 - sign posted
Racecourse -right under flyover. Immediately on right is a BP Garage -
straight opposite on left is an entrance to an Ambulance Station ( sign
posted ST John ) & Scout HQ area is further on around to the left. Park
anywhere or in The  Guards Club car park straight opposite Scout HQ.
