The 2024 Rotary Club of Exmoor Challenge - Sunday 7th April 2024 Supporting The Children’s Hospice South West and a contribution to Rotary the World Over Campaign to eradicate Polio

Members of our District are invited to take part in this walking challenge, in this great part of the country, while raising money for a good cause. We will be using Oakford Village Hall (Rookery Hill, Oakford, Tiverton EX16 9ER) as our base this year, with two different walks around the area, one 4 miles, the other 7 miles

Rotarians, their families, and friends from Rotary Districts 1175 and 1200 earn points for their District by completing either a 4 or 7 mile walk. The shield is currently held by District 1175 who have won for the last two years after a long run of victories for District 1200.

Walkers over 18 pay an entry fee of £10. Walker’s under18 enter free, but an adult must accompany them.

Dogs are welcome, but owners must keep them under control as the Challenge is held in the lambing season.

PROPER WALKING SHOES/BOOTS ARE ADVISED.

More details will be available in March including the times, routes, registration information and sponsorship forms or you can get more contact from  challenge@exmoor-rotary.org.uk
