CHESTFIELD ROTARY CLUB CHARITY GOLF DAY
Friday 6th September 2024

We are holding our annual Charity Golf Day on 6th September 2024 and would like to invite you and your friends to take part in this great fun event with all profits from the event going to Canterbury Food Bank, Red Zebra and RC of Chestfield Trust Fund to fund their ongoing work in the Community.

Why not invite your customers for a nice day out and support these great Charities at the same time. Even if you do not play golf you can still be part of it by sponsoring a hole, or donating a prize to the raffle, to show your support and promote your business at the same time.

If you have a sign / banner we can collect it in advance to set out on the course tee for those sponsoring a hole and then return it to you after the event.

The event is being held at Chestfield Golf Club, Chestfield Road, Chestfield. CT5 3LU, that has the oldest club house in the world - a traditional oak framed building – so lots of character and a high quality Golf course as well.

The day starts from 10-30am onwards with registration and a breakfast roll and drink.
You can practice your putting or driving while discussing team tactics or visit the Pro Shop for those last minute items.
Tee off will start around 12noon with times being allocated at registration unless requested in advance and we will try to accommodate all requests.
There is a “Longest Drive” and “Nearest the Pin” competition on the course plus a halfway house at 13th (yes I know that’s not strictly half way).
This is all followed by a Presentation Dinner in the evening, starting around 6 to 6.30pm, where presentations are made to the winners, and the raffle will be drawn as well, ending at about 9pm.

Why not join us for a great day.
