About us

Salford with Swinton have been serving the local community for over 85 years, during that time the city has changed beyond all recognition. The Salford Quays is now a major tourist destination and of course is home to the BBC.

A Taste of Freedom

June is planned as a celebration month for getting our lives back to greater normality. So why not turn it into a double celebration by purchasing a new limited edition 50cl crystal craft gin and help save lives by also eradicating polio.
Each bottle sold of only 100, will contribute £6 towards the campaign, turning into £18 with the established Gates Foundation support. All bottles will be numbered.
This is our usual high quality unique gin crafted with pride and distilled with passion by Sandgrown Spirits in Lancashire and priced competitively at £30, plus postage where applicable.
A great keepsake, present, or just a touch of celebratory indulgence.
These are not available in the shops and can be ordered on line from Salford with Swinton Rotary through their website: salfordrotary.uk
Rotary gins, the science to save lives.
Delivery will take place end of May or early June.
Urban Kids Go Outdoors

The club was delighted to fund another School this year,  two groups from Larkhill Primary attended a day full of outdoor activities, Climbing Wall, Milk Crate Stacking, Orienteering and team building. The day was run by the talented staff at Petty Pool Outdoor Activity Centre in Sandbach, The kids really enjoyed pushing themselves to the limit. It was a cold day but they never complained.
