About us

Welcome to the Rotaract Club of Manchester International

Click here for our facebook page

Rotaract Manchester International (RMI) is a unique club, bringing together dynamic, intelligent and creative people from many different countries. With an active club of around 30 members we boast an impressive mix of 15 different nationalities; a truly “International” fellowship.

We are based at the University of Manchester and sit within the Students’ Union as a registered society. Our members are primarily scholars from Manchester University but we recruit young professionals and students from Salford University and Manchester Metropolitan too.

Until very recently RMI was the only Rotaract club in District 1285 (which is served by 73 Rotary clubs). We have very strong affiliations with the Rotary clubs in Greater Manchester, and partake in the South Manchester Liaison group, helping to shape the future of Rotary in Manchester. We work together on projects and volunteering opportunities, most of which have been very successful, please take a look at some of our past projects and events for more information.

RMI strive to improve Rotaract in Great Britain through our partnerships with other Rotaract clubs and RGBI while maintaining international collaboration and friendship with our twin club in Varna-Euxinograd, Bulgaria.

Our email address is manchesterrotaract@gmail.com
