About us

The Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) gives young adults the opportunity to take part in developing qualities of leadership, team working, initiative, communication and problem solving at the start of their careers. Faringdon & District Rotary Club are currently seeking applicants living in town and villages in this club area.

The success of the course depends on there being a good mix of different ages between 18 and 25, with a range of backgrounds and experience, all with leadership potential. The course takes place at a specially adapted centre in the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales.
