The annual Road Shows
Each year, with invaluable help from some of the Friends of Rotary, we stage a number of Road Shows- an evening of entertainment (some talent, much enthusiasm) at several of the local residential care homes.
Making Wantage safer.
Our towns are rapidly becoming safer places, due to the steady proliferation of defibrillators.

Visit from our Rotary Scholar
On Wednesday November 27th, Freya Jansens, a District 1090 Rotary Scholar from New South Wales, was a guest at our meeting. Wantage RC is acting as her host club.
Christmas tree sales and delivery
A successful annual fundraiser for the Club involves the sale, and free delivery, of Christmas trees, in a variety of types and sizes.
Overall, this involves quite a lot of man hours, but the service is widely appreciated in the Wantage area.

Welcome to the Rotary Club of Wantage.
The Club is currently going through a transition period, as the baton is hopefully being transferred from our existing members, for some of whom Father Time is not being kind, to a new and younger generation of Rotarians.We all hope that this transition will be successful, as Wantage both deserves and needs a robust Rotary Club.

Where and when:
We meet on Wednesdays at 1pm and 18:30pm
(We have a lunch meeting on the 1st Wednesday of the month, at 1pm, and an evening meeting on the 3rd Wednesday, at 18:30. On 5th Wednesdays, normally, an evening social event is organised, with partners and guests invited.) Newbury StreetWantage
