We are still operational during the Covid-19 lockdown and we would be pleased to hear from anyone who would like to know more about our Club, what we do and how to get involved
Rochester is a town on the River Medway, steeped in history from the 7th century Cathedral which is the second oldest in the country, our 12th century castle through to Charles Dickens and his use of so many local buildings and names on old tombstones in his stories. It is from Rochester, it's outskirts, parishes and villages that the Rotary Club of Rochester draws its membership. It is these Communities that our Club does its best to support as well of course, as with all Rotarians, worthy causes throughout the world. Whether you are a visiting Rotarian or someone who shares our ideals and aspirations and are interested in joining us you are assured of a warm and sincere welcome
Our Club is part of Rotary International, a worldwide organization with more than 1.2 million members in 33,000 clubs. Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health, provide clean water and sanitation, education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto 'Service Above Self'.
Rotarians are men and women who take an active role in their communities while greatly enriching their personal and professional lives. A Rotary club contains a diverse group of people from the community that the club serves. As a member of a Rotary club, you have the opportunity to give something back, to give hope to those less fortunate and to make lives worthwhile and fulfilled.
The Rotary Club of Rochester unites people from all walks of life, amplifying their individual contributions to make Rochester and the world a better place.

We welcome visitors and assure you of good fellowship. Do please contact us and we will be pleased to tell you a little more about our meetings and book you in for a visit.
Although we are meeting via Zoom during the Covid-19 lockdown, we can still make visitors welcome and we will be pleased to hear from you
