Who We Are

Since 1926, Teignmouth Rotary has brought together local people who want to do more — for each other, for the community, and for the world. A well established club that's about to celebrate it's 100th year.

We’re a dynamic, fun-loving group of like-minded individuals who believe in friendship through service.  Whether you’re new to Teignmouth or a lifelong local, you’ll find a warm welcome, great company, and the opportunity to create real impact — locally and globally.

We are strong and ready to go to the rescue but we aren't super heros and sometimes get our knickers in a twist

We meet regularly for social events, speaker nights, hands-on volunteering, and community fundraising. And trust us — it’s never dull. From beach clean-ups to quiz nights, helping local schools to global disaster relief, our motto is:  “Work hard, play hard!”  

  

           From posh nights to crazy nights to even crazier competition nights it all helps to raise funds

What Is Rotary?

Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million people who believe in service above self. It’s one of the world’s largest and most respected humanitarian organisations — and it starts right here, in Teignmouth.

Together, we:

  • Support local causes (youth projects, food banks, elderly support, environmental action)
  • Respond to global needs (disaster relief, polio eradication, clean water projects)
  • Empower people through education, health, and opportunity
