Morning moths - August 2018

The Huntingdonshire County recorder talks through the species caught (and released) in a Spaldwick garden

Over 50 species were identified by County recorder Barry Dickerson, caught in just one night.  Eight Rotarians and guests turned up at 8.30am for a bacon butty and to learn a little about the moths in the area. Though numbers overall have reduced in the last twenty years, in the last few years numbers the rate of decline has reduced.
