Twenty two members attended lunch.

Welfare issues:- John Kibblers funeral arrangements have been forwarded to all members.

Visits to Report - Geoff Shaw (morning) and Alan Pomfret (afternoon) attended Treetops Play and Party Cafe in Golborne on December 23rd and 24th as Father Christmas to give out presents to the children attending Christmas Parties. Treetops have donated £500 to the club for our help during this period. Len Rainford attended the Inspire to Aspire Christmas Party as Farther Christmas.

Christmas Raffle - The raffle raised £655 for the Jansa project. The monies raised have been transferred to Ashanti Development.
Christmas Float - Len Rainford gave an overall summary of the what had been achieved by the routes and statics over the Christmas period.
The presentation of cheques to the community groups that helped with the street collections will be at St Pats Club on Friday 13th January at 7.00 pm. Please let Len Rainford know if you are going to attend asap so that he can arrange the catering. The cost is £10 per Rotarian, there will be no cost to guests who helped us on the float. Len is also planning a Raffle on the night so any prizes would be gratefully received.

District Conference 2023/24
The District 1285 Conference during the next Rotary Year will be held in Llandudno 27th and 28th April 2024.
The recent vote for a conference in the district or outside the district resulted in 99% of the clubs that responded voting for a conference outside the district, therefore Llandudno is the confirmed venue.
