Council has approved a Strategic Plan for 2024-25 to guide the clubs activities.

Club Membership

1.      Maintain current level of club membership of 48 members (including 3 honorary members) and attract 3 new members each year to offset members who leave.

2.      Have a vibrant and healthy club in which members have fun and enjoyment in

·      undertaking a range of projects

·      holding regular social / fellowship meetings and events

·      having an entertaining range of speakers at weekly meetings and outside visits

3.        Leadership development participation

·     members will participate in Rotary leadership development programs or activities during the Rotary year

4.        District training participation

·     members will attend district training assembly  or other training events including virtual events

5.        Adapt and mitigate ways in which the Club operates to reflect members feedback.

Service Participation

6.        Deliver and support local community events and projects throughout the year

Fund Raising

7.        Fundraising for charities and other good causes including donations to

·     Rotary Foundation

·     Polio Plus Campaign to End Polio

Public Image

8.        Raise awareness of Rotary and Club activity through

·      Use of Rotary Master Brand images

·      Regular updates of Club Online presence through

o   Club website

o   Facebook

9.        Maintain good working relationship with local media through regular issue of media releases
