Artists for Peace Donate Paintings to Laptops for Ukraine
Thursday 4th August 2022 - We are delighted to receive a donation of 4 paintings from Artists for Peace, a Brazilian organisation dedicated to helping Ukrainian refugees, families and children. The paintings will be auctioned by our club and the proceeds used to purchase laptops for children in Ukraine.
A member of Artists for Peace, Rotarian Marcia Regina Bull, (from Rotary Club of Sao Paulo) presented the paintings to us.
The paintings are by 10 year old Brazilian artist Henrique Y. Seguchi Doi and Chilean artist Enrique Octavio Aravena.
